A tarmac i just purchased has a ceramic speed BB30 and i'm looking to run a BBr60 shimano 105 crankset with it.

Or would i have better luck with a ceramic speed option?

What have other people done for this with good results?

I'm looking for whats best, not whats the cheapest.
