As someone who had FAI/labral tear surgery, this has me intrigued though I'm initially skeptical. I'm not aware of any FAI fix besides surgery since FAI is a bone issue. Do you have more details on it?

It's PT program. Guys who do the video are a little corny but the program is backed by a bigger name therapist. Forget her name. You can find bits on YouTube. My PT said give it a look. I have mild FAI. But Frayed labrum no tear. Well I guess. Too Docs diff opinion one MRI.lol.
Ok. I misunderstood your original post but kinda figured it would be a PT program.
FAI can't be fixed (the impingement since it's a bone on bone) without surgery but your symptoms can be reduced or eliminated with PT. A lot of people have FAI and don't even know it or have any symptoms.
So yes, do the program. Do as much PT as you can. Strengthen your glutes, hip flexors, etc. Your pain can be solved without surgery. Let's hope you are more lucky than I was.
