It's eaten two of my activities and prompts me with "re-authentication required" after attempting a sync. I tried to log a support ticket but their contact page gives me server errors when trying to submit. Yet the status of all of their services shows to be up.

Either I'm really bad at the interweb or they're having some major problems.
