Anders Aukland is a xc-skier born in 1972. He was a good runner in his younger days. In 1992 he ran 5000m in 13.57 while also competing in skiing.
He has been tested at the same place since 1989, Olympiatoppen.
Anders is both world champion and olympic champion in xc-skiing.
He has also won Vasaloppet, Birken and other long distance events.
If you wonder why people are using just double poling these days, thank Anders. He has pushed the limit for classic skiing.
