You could try the glider in the tri position. It's a split nose saddle like the podium, but with a much narrower nose and more of a back for your sit bones (which you don't really put weight on when riding adamos).

What's the issue with the podium? If it's width, try the adamo PN1.1 (narrower nose). If it's lack of width in the back for sit bone support, consider another glider or more conventional split saddle like the bontrager hilo.

I guess we need a better definition of "it's not gonna work for me." Are you getting chafing? Saddle sores? Sit bone pain? Numbness? Uncontrollable flatulence?

For the low-hanging fruit, try dropping it 5-10mm and see what you think.
