A testimonial for the Guppies workouts

A woman in my open water swim group has been doing the guppies workouts.

Her first open water was in October, and she had to keep stopping every 20 yards or so to catch her breath. When she finally worked up to a mile (sometime in January), it took her about 90 minutes.

Fast forward to today: Her mile time this morning was 52 minutes.

She's been swimming four times a week doing the Guppies workouts (they've been emailed to her as she's not on the forum).

That's a massive speed gain in not many weeks. It's been really fun to watch her get better, stronger and faster.

So kudos to Slowman for the awesome workouts!
