Currently, my swim alert is set for 250 yds. I initially set my 935 up when we were swimming LCM. I set the alert at 500 m. When we moved indoors, I switched my pool swim to denote we were swimming SCY. When I did this, it changed my alerts to the 250 yds, on its own. I assume it's computing 5 lengths....but, I don't know that. It just makes mathematical sense.

I don't know why this affects open water swimming alerts.......but, I don't know how to change my alerts to meters. If I set my indoor settings back to meters, would this default back (to allow me to use meters in OWSs)? I'd like to think you could use yards in one setting and meters in the other.......but, I don't know.

Anyone know how to set this up?
