Anyone have a 3d printer design to make an adaptor to put a bottle on your aerobars?

No, but if you have risers under you pads, here's my idea that could start your train of thought going :

I tried the zip ties. I can't get it tight enough for them to not bounce around. The bottle kept coming out at times.

I used a cheap metal cage BTA. If you can zip tie the back of it to the stem that seems to help sturdy it up. I cut up an old tube and slid it over the base of the cage (between the mounting holes). That really seems to help hold the bottle in.

Try tightening with a cable-tie gun:

The next step beyond zipties is the Profile HC mount. Light, cheap, works on most bars.
