I hope the 20 k bike is actually miles otherwise, this is an interesting course to qualify for a 10/40/5 venue.

"The two race distances (10k/40k/5k and 5k/20k/2.5k) are 2013 USAT Team USA Duathlon Qualifying Events. This means each distance will serve respectively as a 2013 ITU Standard and Sprint Distance Duathlon World Championship qualifying event.
