If it is a 10 sod freebud, you can get an Edco 11 sod Monobloc cassette that will work.

OR..run it as 10 speed. There is a simple hack here on slowtwitch via Darkmark. you actually swap a spacer and remove one cog and it works perfect. I use this on my lemond trainer.. whats 1 gear.. great hack for buying "older" wheels at wonder deals!

Sure, there are some great solutions, some are free, some are very inexpensive.

Need to make sure you set the H/L limts on the rear derailleur when you do this. Also need to make sure your shifters are 11 sp as well.

I put an Ultegra 11spd 11x28 cassette in my metal lathe, made sure it wasn't wobbling, shaved off 1mm from the inside of the spider. Done.
Still 11spd.
Fits on any Shimano freehub, 8spd-11spd.
Literally a 2 minute job.
You walk in to a machine shop with the cassette, a clear instruction and a six-pack of manly beer. Done.
Cut 43x1mm (diameter, depth)
Note: you might need to cut a little deeper... measure twice, cut once

Hugh at Lasco Concepts has modified 11sp cassettes. Thank you Darkspeedworks. Using them on a Zipp 900 disc.

With the disc you can also mill off the edge of the freehub so that any 11speed cassette will fit in the future. It does reduce the wall thickness so you need to go easy when tightening up the cassette lockring or you may pull through the back of the freehub.

Just pick your 10 gears you want and add a spacer.

I am pretty sure you can also swap the freehub for campy and run a campy 11 speed cassette on any system. it will work.
