I'm not aware of a specific group, but there could easily be one out there.

I do know that if you want to swim at Ohio St. Beach, once the summer warms up a little, most nights and certainly every weekend, you will have a LOT of company. There are buoys marking distances and the park district (I think) even added lockers last summer. I work on North Michigan Ave. and hope to head over after work when I can this summer.
