Great question.

First and foremost with VeloVie our main goal is BANG for your buck. We wanted to make a more current / higher performing bike than our Veloce 100 which has been around for quite some time. We did this by introducing the hidden brakes, integrated carbon aerobars. We will be publishing some wind tunnel data soon that will also show our vast improvements from the Veloce 100. We are confident this will go toe-to-toe with a Shiv / P3 / P5 and it's a fraction of the price at $2,400. When you go up to our RED groupset and upgrade the wheels you're even saving more. Completely decked out you're looking at around $3799 with red + $800 for Reynolds Strikes. That is alot easier to stomach than the $10k+ price tags out there.

Like I said, more details to come, but just got 1 shot back from our photographer and we were pumped to post it up!

What wheels will it come with at the base price?

It comes with Reynolds Shadow wheels stock. OR you can get it without wheels for $150 less.

When will it be on your website?

We are thinking by the end of the week.

Two very silly questions, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask them anyway:

1. Is there any possibility of having the Veloce 500 built with Shimano components (e.g. Ultegra, Dura Ace or Di2)? It would appear that you are married to SRAM, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I suspect that the only way to do that would be to order the framset, bars and fork and then built it from there.
2. Will there be any other color choices or at least a white version?

1) Yes, we can do a "custom" build with any groupset you'd like. Please email cs@velovie.com to get more info on pricing etc.

2) As of right now we only have 1 colorway, we don't anticipate more colors, but it's not out of the question in the future.
