Hello fellow athletes: I have a spot as mixed-team relay at this year's Toughman half-ironman on September 8th upstate New York. My runner fell by the way side. Anybody interested in being my runner, or know of a runner who'd enjoy the challenge?

I'm SLOW and this is my first tri as swimmer/biker after a 6-year hiatus. My run partner should not care about time - I'll be squeezing in at the 5-hour cut off.... in return I don't care about my runners time as long as they make the cut-off (hopefully) and have a good time.
