Hi everyone,

I was recommended to this wonderful site by a friend who suggested I let you all know about my book I have just published. You can find out all about me on www.barbaramockford.com and two wonderful people wrote lovely reviews on Amazon.com.

Oh gosh my heart did a little flutter of fright there for a second :) and erm, pacing ... I would stretch this word to pacing swimmers in the Half Ironman at Taupo Dec 9th and carbon? sadly I had to have a titanium arm if this helps? :)
