Pearl iZUMi’s newest factory store is set to open in San Clemente, South Orange County in mid December 2015. We are looking for outgoing, energetic personalities with a serious passion for the outdoors. Ideal candidates will have strong sales skills (although not a prerequisite), merchandising and customer service experience, and be comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. We need a good communicator who can work with a team and will offer our customers an exceptional experience in our store.
