Job Title: Triathlete Camp Chef / Camp Head Soigneur
Reports To: Camp Manager
Location: Carmichael Training Systems, Tucson AZ
Status: 45-60 work days within the Jan 14th to April 14th 2014 timeframe, Seasonal
Overview of Responsibilities:
The primary roles of the Camp Head Chef/Camp Soigneur are to provide an excellent level of customer service and to support athletes in camp. This will be achieved by assuming the first point of contact for all questions and concerns that are camp related. Secondly, as Camp Chef you will prepare healthy lunch and diner options suitable for endurance athletes.
The experience for the athlete must one of complete focus on their training and by addressing athlete concerns in a timely fashion and by providing nutritious meals we feel this will be a large part of the a successful athlete experience. You will be an integral part of this.
The ideal candidate would be passionate about nutrition, have relevant chef experience and has demonstrated a high level of customer service in previous roles. Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience within the endurance community.
This individual will be asked to assist on miscellaneous special projects, such as SAG vehicle support, some driving duties and other tasks, as designated by his supervisor and management.

Requirements:
- Relevant chef experience.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of customer service in previous roles.
- Holds a valid drivers license
- Ability and willingness to travel to Tucson for up to 3 months
- Weekend and evening hours.
