Job Description:
As an Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for building relationships and providing world class service to clients of Financial Advisors currently conducting business with FTJ FundChoice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Respond to existing client questions and concerns regarding the FTJ platform
· Verify, document and report errors to the Account Maintenance Department for resolution
· Answer questions on qualified plan offerings at FTJFC
· Respond to e-mail inquiries sent to the general FTJFC email mailbox
· Assist clients with the account set up process
· Assist with projects as requested by Senior Management (as time permits)
· Furnish reports on daily activities as requested by the Internal Sales Manager
Requirements:
· 1-3 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry Required
· Previous customer service experience within an inbound service center
· Solid interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be proficient in PC applications in Windows based products (especially Excel and Outlook)
