Hello, Seeking position as electronic discovery ("e-discovery") analyst, manager, or attorney position with corporate legal/IT department or law firm. BS/MA/JD and three plus years experience managing and working with corporate clients to coordinate and implement legally sound, defensible, and efficient electronic discovery plans and data collection procedures including coordination and managing collaboration between IT, corporate security, outside counsel, and in-house legal departments to collect, analyze, and produce relevant electronically stored information. Also serve as a primary resource for current and perspective clients regarding e-discovery case law and rules, emerging software and search technologies, evaluation of applicable technologies for use in capturing, preserving, collecting, and analyzing electronic data for discovery as well as data retention and risk management policies.
