I have a left shifter with hood cover and clamp intact. The shifter does work fine but I did skid down the road on this one so the front of the carbon lever is ground down a bit. I really only replaced it for aesthetic reasons. (And to avoid a reputation as a "crasher.") I think I've also got a set of red hood covers.

I have a 90mm Torelli Bormeo stem, 90mm length x 31.8mm clamp x -17 deg rise x 1 1/8 steerer". $25 plus shipping:
