Two Specialized All Condition Armadillo Elite Tires 700X23 (new). These retail for $60 each and are bombproof. I run these on my beater bike along with thorn resistant tubes and I have not flatted in over 3 years.

What year is the Seduza? Any idea on mileage on the frame? Any marks/nicks or anything?

The Seduza is a 2006 model. I purchased it in July of that year. I'm not sure about the number of miles but I am confident it's less than 10k and likely closer to 5k. It hasn't been ridden since November 2013 when I picked up a CD.01. Also, 2011 and 2012 were very low mileage years due to injury.
There are some wheel rub marks in the stay area, but other than that the paint is in great shape. Just to be sure, I will take a close look over everything tonight. I can also provide more pics if you are interested.

The paint marks in the rear that are strictly cosmetic. Other than these, the only thing is the set screws were stripped. I've been running it for several years without them, but it's something that could be easily remedied by drilling and tapping the dropouts.

1025 miles on the crankset.. I've been pretty meticulous with it too. I clean and lube the drivetrain with rock and roll gold after almost every ride.
