I have a Blackwell 100 front wheel in excellent condition, no scratches, damage etc. Has 18 bladed spokes, black in color. Will come with Conti Sprinter tire, glued, and skewers. The wheel has 150 miles on it and the tire has about 50. This wheel looks to be brand new.
