No skewers, ZIPP Tangente 23mm tires, both are OK. When they won't hold air you will have to replace them.
bought in 2012, both wheels went back to zipp in 2013 for new rims.

ZIPP 404 non Firecrest. this is a 2010 wheel, has the 88 hub and 16 spoke. 350.00 shipped and paypal.
