I spent ages looking for one.. I think your best bet is to contact Trek directly, my local shop ended up ordering it straight from Wisconsin.

you better get 2, they break. I've got 3 broken stems in the garage right now.

I found a new one on ebay for $89.
I previously had a Gen 1 for 1.5 years and had no issues with stem. How did they happen to break?

the first was probably my fault. they have a single pinch bolt that tighten to like 3Nm, pretty sure I overtightened it.
the other 2 broke in different places. One went from a fork bolt to the outside. the other went from a fork bolt to pinch bolt. My take, they are cast aluminum not forged or billet.
