Long shot as Keys has been out of business for some time and my treadmill is nearly 19 years old. But it's solid and built like a tank. If I can find a motor controller I think I can still get a few more years out if it. Board part number is a Keys Health 08-0016. Among others, they were used in Smooth and Alliance branded treadmills. I have a Smooth 8.8HRC. Thanks.
