I have quite a few Evo corsas, and Gp4000 in 23c. Let me know if youre interested. Most are brand new, or have fewer than 100km on them.

These predate that distinction. Note: the [dimpled!] box says Open Tubular, but all that means is that these are clinchers. The box also says:
