Looking at possibly building up a "cheap" powertap wheel. Want to keep it at 24 or possibly 28 hole as I'm only 150 lbs. Don't need a big 34H Clydesdale wheel. I'd buy just the hub or possibly the whole wheel depending on what ya got.
