Crank length? Cassette size?

What I have is:

Crank length 172.5

Cassette 12/25

If you want to swap it out with a shorter/longer crank or a different cassette,

let me know - bike shop owner says he is ok for swapping, but just no returns for cash.

i'm in the market for a groupset but don't know what this is worth. Can you post a starting price?
