When you say it doesn't work on the specialized shiv, do you mean the shiv tt or shiv tri? And why doesn't it work?

I think both and I'm 99.9999% sure but who knows.
I tried everything I could think of.
The standard now is 6m but at a time it was 8m. The shiv is set to 8m on the Triathlon setup anyway and in doing some digging it seemed that the TT was the same. Master link Specialized help desk gave me 3/4 answers that match but one person was unsure and though the TT was 6m. It seemed like stuff they should know.
I went as far as ordering a part that would match up the male/female parts of the screws/bolts from a 6m:8m but the circumference was just slight slight off nullifying the effort.
I really wished it would work cause I'm not crazy about the tririg and there is nothing else similar.

Totally kicking myself for not asking you why it wouldn't work on a Shiv before I went out and bought it. This is what I learned. I just assumed it didn't work for you on the shiv because the head tube interfered with the hanger. Now we are in the same boat ugh

Giving the OP here a free bump and thought I'd squeeze in a question: did you get your EE brakes to work on your Shiv (thought I saw something about that in the main forum)?
