Bought new from FLO in 2013. Installed on wife's bike so had minimal usage, no crashes. Stealth Grey color.

10 speed hub. I'm looking into whats needed to swap to 11 speed.

Garmin 910XT w/charger- no HR strap- $100.

Email Flo-they should have the info from your order (they responded to such an inquiry for me) but if you bought only 18 months ago, it likely has the spacer on there that just needs to be removed for 11 speed.

Looks like a pretty easy swap to go from 10 to 11 speed: I have the 10 speed hub.
