It is Ant+, works with all head units/watches that have Ant+ protocol. I've used them on Zwift and Trainerroad with the Ant+ Dongle, that is INCLUDED with the pedals.
These have been accurate and reliable for me, but you do have to torque them correctly, but once done and calibrated, these work great. I have upgraded the "Pod" to the gen 2, but comes with the old one as well. And I have modified a crow's foot that comes with it. I will include a brand new set of cleats.
As mentioned, this does comes with the Garmin USB to Ant+ stick... hook this up to your computer, and you can jump on Zwift, TrainerRoad and you are set for Winter training.
