does this fit closer to a small or a medium? what size road helmet do you wear?

Does this have the CPSC sticker inside the helmet? I only ask because officials are notorious for looking.

It does now ;) but my giro does not...
I was wondering about that....is it really that simple, it's just the sticker, the officials don't bother checking a list of approved helmets, etc??
