Bike has always been maintained at the LBS, it's in immaculate condition. Very clean - I am extremely particular about wiping it down after every ride. Never crashed. Chain stay has a scratch from a chain drop; behind the crankset, so not visible unless the crank is removed.

It's been great to me, rides and shifts extremely smooth, but I've been riding the road bike more often than not and thought I'd buy a mountain bike to mix it up, or another road bike.
