i have a couple options and not sure what your budget it.
new take off from a blue comp bicycle: Aerus Quantum AL30 11 speed wheels. tires, tubes, and skewers included. never ridden. $235 shipped
New take off Shimano RS81 c50 clinchers tires, tubes, and skewers included. $635 shipped.
