Does this come with everything pictured in your CL ad?
Will I need anything additional if I want to replace my current set up? Currently running stock Shimano 105 11s 50-34MA

Yes it does, just not the bike and pedals :)
Will come with all the spacers you need, and the original manuals and software. If you are running a Shimano crank now, you may need a new bottom bracket. This Rotor crankset has a 30mm spindle, and Shimano cranks are 24mm. Bottom brackets start at around $25 and can be pressed into the frame (depending on your frame). PM me your bike year and model, and I'll help you find the necessary part.
Jake.
