$2,000 for frameset (and all proprietary parts - spacers, brakes, cable liners, etc.) and quarq.
Some paint flaking by the ISP, and some clear coat repaired on the top tube. I can clear coat the ISP if you'd like. Otherwise, very very pretty bike that is an absolute bullet.
