It does not, just the device with the various plugs, cables, manuals etc. I do have a used Garmin speed/cadence sensor GC-10 that I can sell with the device for another $20. I also have a brand new in box Garmin silicone case for the device that will throw in for another $5. PM me if you are interested. Thanks.
