These are lightly used aerobars and a cobra wing base bar to go with it. The cobra wing base bar is 31.8mm in diameter and 44 centimeters in width. Brand new, the aero bars are $110 and base bar is $200. Descriptions for the aerobars are posted below

It says the T2+ has fully adjustable range... so I assume they are not this years model? Big design change this year, taking away this option. Which (IMO) makes the pre-2012 models more sought after.

They are not this years design. Sorry for the confusion. They are the aluminum aero bars with the red lettering.
