Hang tough brother! My wife just had a baby two weeks ago today (our first) and I am in the same sleep-deprived boat as you. I just try to slide out the door for 1 hour a day, and I think that it makes me less grumpy and more energetic for my wife and baby. Congratulations!

Don't sell it! You'll need the break from parenthood, believe me. Working out makes us better parents...that's the line I use on my wife!
