I am selling my stupidly low mileage, 2017 Dimond Brilliant.

After being hit by a car last September my previous Dimond was totalled and I needed a new ride. Being well known to the guys at Dimond they kindly lent me a demo bike to race at Kona. I ordered my new bike towards the start of this season, paid for by the insurance company, and received it at the beginning of May. So it is literally 2.5 months old at the time of writing and has been ridden for a total of 1,167km (725 miles) according to Training Peaks. I am heading out on a 3 year overlanding expedition, so pointless having the bike sitting in storage devaluing. My last race is at Challenge Penticton on Sunday (so add another 100km or so to the total!)

The build totalled around $11,900. Selling for $6,995.

Frame:
- Dimond Brilliant (Size Large)
- Custom painted by Dimond: Porsche Miami Blue
- Custom painted Speed Box
- Custom painted Super fork
- Seat post only cut 10mm so far
Wheels
- Hed Jet+ 6 Front
- Hed Jet + 9 Rear
- Bontrager R3 tires (25mm)
Aerobars
- TriRig Alpha X
- TriRig Alpha X Tilt Kit
- Profile Design carbon extensions
Power Meter
- Quarq DZero
Brakes
- TriRig Omega X front and rear
Shifters + Levers
- Ultegra Di2
Front Derailleur
- Ultegra Di2
- Dura Ace 54/42 chain ring
- Includes spare 'standard chainring' Ultegra 53/39
- 165 mm crank arms
Rear Derailleur
- Dura Ace Di2
Rear Cassette
- Ultegra 11-28

Issues
- Small scuff under chain stay on drive side. Not noticeable unless you look for it.
- Small scuff on drive side crank arm, right at the end of the arm.
- The rest of the bike is pretty much in 'from factory' condition.

I will upload some more detailed images, happy to supply images of any particular area.

Not at all. Obviously extremely happy with my first one as, otherwise, I wouldn't have purchased another one in May after my crash. All else being equal, I would buy another one when I return from my trip. It just seems silly to have a bike depreciating for three years while technology and design moves on, maybe there will be something else I prefer when I get back but if I had to make the choice to buy a Dimond again, I would and did. In fact, I called Dimond from the hospital (true story).

Are the components and everything other than the frame new as well or they were take offs of the wrecked one?

Haha, good question. All absolutely brand new. Well, 1,000+ kms same as the frame anyway.

A good question because .... see my other post on ST about my crashed bike being sold by the insurance company to some scrote in Vancouver who parted out buckled wheels, crack aerobars, scuffed components and potentially cracked frame, advertsing them all as 'excellent condition'. The bars themselves were cracked and lethal if ridden over a pothole or something.

I basically handed the entire bike over to the insurance company. Every part of this bike was absolutely brand new in May. In fact, the second set of chainrings (53/39) have never even been out on. I have pics of the old bike with cracks in the bars, the old bike also had Ultegra RD and crank, this has DA RD and Quarq. Old wheels were Hed Jet Black but I didn;t want the black coming off the rim so purchased these Jet+ instead.

Here is the old bike, not sure if you can make out all the components though. I can try and zoom in to some spots if required. I am obviously keen to ensure everyone knows that the bike I am selling is new.
