Look585 (otherwise known as Mark in real life) is a fantastic seller. He's willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. Super professional, prompt replies, quick shipment, reasonable prices, and items come exactly as described. The SRM I bought is in excellent condition, very few scratches, very clean, with all the various parts and cords and what not accounted for. He replaced the batteries for me and did a manual calibration (so I didn't have to ship it to SRM Colorado and pay $100), and even threw in a Dura-Ace 7900 BB. What a guy. Honestly if you're thinking of buying from him, I'd highly recommend -- you can't go wrong with Look585.
