i currently have a xterra vector pro wetsuit but serveral people have mentioned that i might be better off with a sleeveless wetsuit ... im only 5'2 and im pretty new to swimming ... rumor has it that the benefits from having a full wetsuit are only really seen in people who are good swimmers(people with an efficient stroke) and people who are on the tall side ... is this true??

I have never heard this. In fact, I've always heard the opposite. Keep the fullsuit. Definitely faster, especially for someone new to swimming.
