Sounds like you're talking weight distribution between front and rear. We used to do something like that when I raced go-carts but would measure with four scales, one under each wheel.

Not sure what the ideal front/rear ratio would be. It would be different on a road bike than a tri bike. I'd expect to see a higher % on the front wheel on a tri bike.

I'll admit to a weight bias. I don't like fatbodies. I never hold a person's race, creed, color, sex, or political persuasion against them, however.
