This is the shoe that Norman Stadler wore back in 2004 when he crushed everyone on the bike and won Ironman. It's got a carbon sole, two straps, a heel loop for quick transitions, and is compatible with most major pedal systems. Plus they're ITALIAN...they've got style baby! This shoe retailed for $230 and you can still find it discounted in the $130 to $180 range but can you find this size? Paypal me $125 and I'll send them to you insured (domestic US only, elsewhere PM me and we can discuss shipping charges).
My other pair of 41's is not quite brand new as I did slap on a pair of Look cleats and take them for a 44 mile ride. They're the NIKE T-Speed, sz 41. According to a contact in the bike biz, Nike subs these out and they're actually made by DMT. Anyway, these shoes rock and if anyone wants to trade a pair of 41.5 for these I'm in. If you've never seen these, here's the link to the Trek website. No they don't have Italian panache BUT they've REALLY comfortable due to an upper that feels soft like neoprene. They sell for $179 so make me an offer.
