I left Boulder for a business trip in Singapore and ended up sitting next to four people fully kitted in Ironman gear at the Marina Bay Sands bar. Felt like I never left home.

Ha! Believe me, I would love a picture of that guy! Maybe if I hang out on the horse trails, I'll see him again.
Ironman California existed back in 2000, but his t shirt was fairly fresh & new looking. It must have said Ironman Oceanside. I felt dazzled by his quads, honestly, (and smile and wavy dark hair), and I really only absorbed that his shirt indicated that he was a triathlete.
Have the clouds ever parted and a ray of sunshine suddenly given you inspiration?
