I have a FSA Gossamer BBright 386 evo 165mm 110BCD - no rings or bolts - chilling in my parts bin that needs to go.

I have a PF30 frame and BB30 165 Gossamer 110BCD crankset now.
Am interested in this as a spare but am wondering if this will fit.

Yes. The key difference is that the 386 crank will have a longer axle. You need a spacer installed on the Non-Drive-Side to take up the extra length.
