It's a long way to go to get DQ'd...Anyone know what happened to Tony Smoragiewicz?

He left Equipment outside of his transition box and didn’t serve the penalty.

A little surprised that there is no mention on the bottom of the results sheet. Usually they list any penalties and DQ's on there.

From Tony's Facebook:
"So today in the Cape Town World Cup I had a wardrobe malfunction. When I took my wetsuit after the swim (<55ÂşF) my triathlon suit came with it, all the way past my knees. I'll spare you the photos but it was quite the embarrassing and time costly ordeal. I ended up missing the main bike pack after a decent swim and rode and ran nearly the entire event by myself. Onward and upward. Next race is World Triathlon Series Abu Dhabi in three weeks. Thanks again to family, friends, sponsors, and coaches for making this all possible!"

Lol
