Garmin zones vs Training Peaks/Joe Friel Zones

Hey all - I just used Joe Friel's LTHR test to benchmark my threshold heart rate, and then entered this into training peaks and had it calculate my zones.

However, my garmin Forerunner 735XT lists 5 zones(1,2,3,4,5), which is different from Training Peaks(1,2,3,4,5a,5b,5c). If I compare the values from Garmin to TP, the zones don't match up. I *did* update my garmin device to base zones off of LTHR.

In preparing my training plan, I read that it's important to do a lot of zone 2 training, to improve aerobic capacity and increase fat burning efficiency. So now I'm wondering, which zone 2 am I supposed to be in. And if I'm planning to do my long training runs in zone 3, which zone 3?

I have a feeling these are either very newbie questions, or questions that are not possible to answer in such a simple manner as my questions suggest, but any advice would be appreciated!
