Last year we aero tested a female pro that had put the extensions under the bar. IIRC all she did was drill the plastic arm pads. It made the Argon guys cringe.

However after testing, we found he to be faster above the bar with a bit of tilt

what did she do with the "bridge" that is supposed to hold the arm pads? Just put it underneath?

You could probably do this with parts from the Profile design bin
