Can a Rotor bb right crankset work on a giant defy advanced frame?

Hi,
I'm considering braking down my Cervelo C3 and moving the components onto a Giant Defy Advanced frame set. I have a Rotor crankset on the C3 will it be inner changeable? I assume I'd likely have to use different bb cups. Please share if you know?

You'll need to get a different lockring as the bike will most likely be setup with the BBright specific one. It's not expensive
Then you'll need a 4130 BB - Rotor, FSA, Wheels Mfg and Praxis make them (I like Praxis). Ceramicspeed too if you want the best of the best.
