Has anyone tried the shoulder strengthening system “crossover symmetry “ or do most people do just standard bands external/internal rotation/ scapula stabilization. I am 50 and need to stabilize shoulders to get mileage back up.

Based on my swim stats, AG, and gender I may not be the response you're looking for, and I don't know the system of which you speak, but I do band sets in a variety of planes, planks, and when I was partucularly compliant, push-ups and pull ups with my body at ~45-60° to the ground as well.

I bought the Crossover Symmetry system. It's really overpriced for what it is (basically a couple of bands and an exercise chart) but it's easy to follow and easy to travel with. I've been doing their "mobility" circuit and I'm seeing small incremental improvements.

So, out of curiosity which resistance option did you get?
I went with "Athletic". For most male triathletes that's probably the correct choice.
